So where, please, is the webpage where a customer can start chatting online with someone from customer support? Thanks. But if I click on the Contact Us button there, I am taken back to the Contact Us menu, and it all starts over again.unless I'm just missing something, but I'm not the only one who has mentioned this circular trip through those Contact Us webpages or who can't find their way to where to initiate the live online chat. One of the webpages says "Hi, _! Welcome to AT&T Support," below which there is a box in which some text says, "Want live help? Call us, or chat with us online." Which seems to indicate a choice of speaking to customer support on a telephone or chatting on the Internet. Like when I go to the Contact Us webpage linked to in the reply above, I can't find anything there but telephone numbers and some links that lead a person in a small circle in which you start at the Contact Us page, select a type of support, and find yourself back at the Contact Us menu thing. This is what "live chat" usually means everywhere else I have some kind of account that includes a customer support feature, not chatting on the telephone, which is the only thing I can find. ![]() May I please say that I, for one, am wondering about chatting with customer support online. ![]()
